Ruth Mills is a BA Hons graduate of London Contemporary Dance School, and in 2019, graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a Master in Education; Learning and Teaching in Performing Arts.

Ruth began her early performing arts training as a musician, dancer and gymnast, going on to become an acclaimed musician and one of Scotland’s leading dancers and award-winning choreographer. 

Well known for her dedication to the form, precision and artistry of dance. Teaming this expertise with a passion for new music and film, her creations span the worlds of Contemporary Art, Theatre, Film and Music video. Her work is provocative, intelligent, uncompromising in its professionalism and showcases the best creative talent Scotland has to offer. Ruth has chosen to commit much of her time to sharing her skills with professional, amateur and studying dancers across the UK and beyond.
